Okotoks Montessori Preschool & Kindergarten is looking for an experience After Care provider who will work within a team atmosphere to provide a fun and safe environment, oversee snack time and help provide engaging indoor and outdoor physical/movement activities for children aged 3-6. This is a part time position, 15 hours per week. It is ideal for someone closeby in Okotoks. Must be 100% reliable, used to being outdoors and work in a team environment.
Requirements:
- Experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with other after care team, the students and their families
- Patience, warmness, flexibility with children
- ECE Level 1, 2 or 3
This is a part time position, Monday - Friday, from 2:30 - 5:30 pm, following the local school division for holiday school closures, beginning August 31/2026- June 24/2027.
