This is not a production plumbing job.
This role is for plumbers who think like service technicians and enjoy solving complex mechanical problems.
Eddytime Mechanical Ltd. specializes in multi-family and light commercial service, preventative maintenance, boiler systems, and complex retrofit work. We are brought in when buildings need real diagnosis, clear communication, and long-term solutions, not quick patchwork fixes.
If you enjoy understanding how entire systems operate and not just replacing parts then this is the type of work that keeps things interesting.
The Work We Actually Do
You will not be roughing in houses or doing repetitive installs.
Our work includes:
- Multi-family and light commercial service diagnostics
- Boiler and hydronic heating system troubleshooting
- Boiler room retrofits and upgrades
- Pumps, glycol systems, expansion tanks, and heating components
- Preventative maintenance programs
- Domestic water line replacements
- Mechanical room upgrades
- Partial and full building re-piping projects
- Complex troubleshooting in occupied buildings
Every project is different. Thinking is required.
Boiler & Hydronic Experience is a Major Asset
We are especially interested in plumbers who have experience with:
- Boiler systems
- Hydronic heating
- Mechanical room service work
- Gas fitting
- Controls troubleshooting
- Pumps and heating circulation systems

What We’re Looking For
- Journeyman Plumber
- Boiler / hydronic experience preferred
- Experience in service, maintenance, multi-family, or light commercial plumbing is a strong asset
- Gas fitting experience is an asset
- Professional attitude and accountability
- Valid driver’s license
