Job Summary
We’re looking for energetic and friendly Crew Members to join our fast-paced restaurant team. As a Crew Member, you’ll be the face of the brand, providing top-notch customer service while helping prepare and serve delicious food. Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a warm smile and assist them with their orders using the POS (Point of Sale) system, including Micros POS if available.
- Prepare food items according to company standards, ensuring quality and safety are maintained at all times.
- Operate cash registers accurately, handle cash transactions, and perform cash handling duties responsibly.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in all areas of the restaurant, including food prep stations and dining areas, following food safety guidelines.
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities.
- Support team members during busy periods by managing multiple tasks such as serving customers, taking orders, and restocking supplies.
- Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling, sanitation, and overall restaurant operations.
Skills
- Previous food service or restaurant experience is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is key!
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude that makes guests feel welcome.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and managing register operations.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and proper food handling procedures.
- Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure prompt service.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar technology is a plus.
- Good teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards supporting colleagues in a fast-paced environment.
