Duties and Responsibilities
- Guest Service: Greet guests warmly, introduce our unique fusion menu, and make detailed recommendations based on preferences.
- Order Management: Take accurate food and beverage orders using our POS system and communicate dietary needs to the kitchen.
- Food Delivery: Deliver dishes and drinks promptly, ensuring proper presentation and temperature.
- Table Maintenance: Pre-bus tables, clear dishes, and maintain section cleanliness throughout the shift.
- Financial Transactions: Issue accurate bills, process cash/card payments, and balance your cash drawer daily.
- Side Work: Complete opening, closing, and restocking duties as assigned by management.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum 1 years of serving experience in a fast-casual or fine-dining environment.
- Passion for food and ability to learn and explain Filipino-Canadian fusion ingredients.
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and carry heavy trays for long periods.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings. [1, 2]
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay Rate: $16.50 per hour + tips.
- Job Type: Part-time.
