Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers, demonstrating products, and providing exceptional service to drive sales and enhance the shopping experience. Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
- Conduct product knowledge demonstrations for Tea , highlighting features and benefits of other gift items in shop
- Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
- Operate POS systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
- Maintain merchandising standards to ensure attractive product displays
- Manage inventory levels and restock shelves as needed
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction
- Handle phone inquiries professionally, providing information and support to potential customers
- Assist with organizing the store layout and ensuring a clean, organized shopping environment
- Prepare hot and cold beverage as requested, following proper food handleling guidlines
Skills
- Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening
- Ability to perform basic math for transactions and inventory management
- Experience with POS systems, cash handling, and cashiering procedures
- Knowledge of retail sales techniques, including upselling and merchandising strategies
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities (especially English) to serve a diverse clientele effectively
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Customer service orientation with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to work well within a team while also demonstrating independence when needed
- Ability to work in Food service area when needed, food handlers certificate a plus not initial required, willingness to complete course a requirement

Pay: $17.20-$21.00 per hour
