Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance and quality control processes within our organization. This role is crucial in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. The Quality Manager will lead a team of quality inspectors and work closely with production and engineering departments to implement effective quality management systems.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct regular quality inspections and audits to assess product quality and adherence to specifications.
- Analyze data collection processes to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement in product quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Oversee the QA/QC team in performing routine checks on raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.
- Facilitate training programs for staff on quality assurance practices and procedures.
- Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics, inspection results, and compliance status for management review.
- Ensure that all fabrication processes align with established quality standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Quality Management, Quality Control, or Quality Assurance roles.
- Strong knowledge of quality inspection techniques and methodologies.
- Proficiency in data analysis related to quality metrics and performance indicators.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and standards relevant to our products.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex situations effectively.
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing a team of QA/QC professionals.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly across all levels of the organization.
- A degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field is preferred.
