About us
Circle Care is a multidisciplinary clinic located in Leslieville at Gerrard Square. Health care providers who make up our team include: physiotherapists, chiropractors, massage therapists, psychotherapists, naturopaths, osteopaths. We celebrate collaboration and patient care above all else! Working together helps us help patients feel their best. We use the EMR system, Jane, for efficient charting and booking.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist physiotherapists with patient treatment plans and exercise programs
- Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and mobility activities
- Prepare treatment rooms and therapy equipment
- Apply basic therapeutic modalities such as heat, ice, ultrasound, or TENS under supervision
- Monitor patient progress and report changes to the physiotherapist
- Help patients with walking, transfers, stretching, and strengthening exercises
- Maintain patient records and treatment documentation
- Clean and sanitize equipment and treatment areas
- Schedule appointments and assist with clinic administrative duties
- Maintain inventory of therapy supplies and equipment
Required Qualifications
- Relevant Diploma or Degree
- Knowledge of rehabilitation exercises and patient care techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment
- CPR/First Aid certification may be preferred
- Experience in a clinic, hospital, or long-term care setting is an asset
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Experience with Jane
- Teamwork and patient-focused attitude
- Ability to assist patients safely with mobility and transfers
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
