Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Marketing & Enrollment Coordinator to join our team. This role is vital in promoting our programs, engaging prospective students, and managing enrollment processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, experience with public speaking, and familiarity with recruitment strategies. You will play a key role in promoting STEAMPI programs, engaging with prospective families, managing enrollment inquiries, and helping maintain our social media presence.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Social Media
- Create and publish engaging content for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Xiaohongshu (RED note), and WeChat.
- Capture photos and videos of student projects, classes, camps, and events.
- Assist in creating promotional materials, flyers, and marketing campaigns.
- Help maintain a consistent and professional STEAMPI brand presence online.
- Monitor social media messages and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
Lead Management & Enrollment
- Respond to inquiries from prospective parents via email, phone, WhatsApp, WeChat, and social media.
- Follow up with leads and provide information about STEAMPI programs and services.
- Schedule trial classes and assist with registrations.
- Track and update lead information using internal systems.
- Follow up with families after trial classes and support the enrollment process.
- Maintain positive relationships with current and prospective families.
Community Outreach & Events
- Assist with open houses, workshops, community events, and promotional activities.
- Support referral and student recruitment initiatives.
- Help build relationships with schools, community groups, and local organizations.
Administrative Support
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, registrations, and communications.
- Assist with general administrative and marketing-related tasks.
- Support the STEAMPI team with day-to-day operations when needed.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital communication tools.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
- Experience in teaching or educational settings is a plus.

Pay: $17.85-$25.00 per hour
