Sales Representative – Commission Only (Kitchen Cabinets / Builder Projects)
We are a Calgary-based cabinet supplier specializing in prebuilt (ready-to-assemble) kitchen cabinets, focused on builder and renovation projects.
We are currently looking for a well-connected, self-driven Sales Representative to join us on a commission-only basis.
This is a commission-only role (no base salary).
This position is best suited for individuals who already have builder or contractor connections.
What You’ll Do:
- Build and maintain relationships with builders, developers, and contractors
- Secure new cabinet supply projects (new builds, multi-unit, renovations)
- Manage the sales process from initial contact to order completion
- Work with our team to ensure smooth project delivery
What We’re Looking For:
- Existing network of builders / contractors is strongly preferred
- Experience in construction, renovation, or building materials is an asset
- Ability to close deals and manage client relationships independently
- Self-motivated, results-driven
