Job Posting: Development Soccer Coach
Location: North York, Toronto
Position Type: Part-Time (20-30 Hours a week)
Must be Available Weeknights 5:30-8:30pm during July and August.
Are you passionate about soccer and inspiring the next generation of players? Lvlup Player Development is seeking a Development Soccer Coach to join our dynamic team and help players aged 3-16 improve their skills, confidence, and love for the game.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver training sessions aligned with the program’s curriculum for players aged 3-16.
- Incorporate age-appropriate coaching techniques, drills, and games to develop technical, tactical, and physical skills.
- Foster a positive environment that promotes teamwork, sportsmanship, and respect.
- Monitor and assess player development, providing feedback and encouragement to improve their performance.
- Ensure player safety during sessions by following safety protocols and maintaining awareness of surroundings.
- Collaborate with the Lvlup team to enhance the program and player development.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a soccer coach, preferably with youth players.
- A strong understanding of soccer fundamentals, tactics, and player development principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate players of varying skill levels and ages.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
