Overview
We are seeking a skilled Forman to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various construction tasks and possess strong leadership skills to oversee projects effectively.
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate construction projects from start to finish
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate project execution
- Manage a team of steel stud framers , drywall installers, and other construction professionals
- Perform hands-on construction tasks as needed
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Conduct quality control inspections to maintain high standards
- Coordinate with subcontractors
- Implement safety protocols on job sites
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction, with expertise in drywall, fire caulking, blueprint reading
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor as required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40.00-$45.00 per hour
