Our hospitality portfolio includes hotels and restaurants operating under internationally recognized brands, and we are growing. We are looking for a digitally fluent, numbers-driven Marketing Manager to own marketing across our properties and turn strategy into measurable revenue.
The Opportunity
This is a hands-on role for a marketer who lives in the data and knows how to grow revenue across hotels and restaurants. You will own the digital, social, and campaign strategy for our properties — building and executing plans that fill rooms, drive covers, and grow direct revenue, then measuring every dollar against clear KPIs. You will also bring a modern toolkit: we want someone who actively uses AI tools to work faster and smarter, from content and creative to analysis and reporting. What You'll Do
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies, campaigns, and tactics that drive measurable revenue across hotels and restaurants.
- Own digital marketing end to end — paid search, paid social, display, metasearch, SEO, email, and the property websites — with a relentless focus on ROI and conversion.
- Build, launch, and manage PPC campaigns hands-on (Google Ads, Meta, and other paid channels) — keyword and audience targeting, bidding, A/B testing, and ongoing optimization.
- Create marketing content and ad creative — copy, graphics, photo/video, and ad assets — for digital, social, and campaign use, leveraging AI tools to produce quickly and at quality.
- Lead social media strategy and execution across all properties: content calendars, community management, influencer/UGC partnerships, and brand consistency.
- Set, track, and report on KPIs — revenue, ROAS, cost per acquisition, direct booking share, website conversion, email performance, and social engagement — and optimize continuously based on the numbers.
- Use AI tools to accelerate content creation, creative production, copywriting, audience analysis, reporting, and campaign optimization.
- Manage the marketing budget across properties, allocating spend to the highest-return channels and campaigns.
- Plan and execute promotions, packages, seasonal campaigns, and restaurant/event marketing in partnership with operations and sales.
- Manage online reputation and review platforms (Google, TripAdvisor, OTA listings, social) to protect and grow the brand.
- Oversee brand consistency and compliance with franchise/brand standards across all marketing channels and assets.
- Manage relationships with agencies, freelancers, and vendors, and hold them accountable to performance.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and campaign data to identify new revenue opportunities and present recommendations to leadership.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of marketing experience, with proven experience marketing hotels and restaurants (hospitality group, hotel ownership/management company, or multi-unit restaurant background preferred).
- Strong digital marketing expertise — paid media, SEO, email, web, and metasearch — with a track record of campaigns that drove measurable revenue.
- Hands-on PPC experience building and managing campaigns in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager, with proven ability to optimize for ROI.
- Demonstrated experience creating content and ad creative — copywriting, graphic design, and basic photo/video editing — for social and paid campaigns.
- Deep social media skills across major platforms, from strategy through hands-on execution.
- A genuinely numbers- and KPI-driven mindset: comfortable in analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager) and confident building and reporting on performance dashboards.
- Strong working knowledge of AI tools and how to apply them to marketing workflows for speed, quality, and insight.
- Excellent writing, creative judgment, and project management skills, with the ability to run multiple campaigns and properties at once.
- Experience managing budgets and proving return on marketing spend.
- A degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to properties as needed.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays around campaign and event needs.
