Total Fall Protection Inc. is Atlantic Canada's leader in fall protection inspections, training, engineering, installations, and safety solutions. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Client Services & Projects Coordinator to join our team in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia.
This role sits at the center of our operations, supporting clients, coordinating projects, managing compliance platforms, and ensuring a seamless experience from quote to completion.

What You'll Be DoingClient Services & Project Coordination
- Prepare and manage inspection and installation quotations.
- Follow up with clients regarding quotations and project status.
- Coordinate installation projects with technical teams and customers.
- Support communication between sales, service, inspection, and installation departments.
- Assist with client onboarding and project setup.
Scheduling & Coordination
- Manage inspection and training schedules for clients and technicians.
- Coordinate contractor orientations and ensure site requirements are met prior to work commencing.
- Arrange lifts, equipment rentals, and specialized resources required for projects.
- Proactively contact clients regarding upcoming inspections, service requirements, and inactive accounts.
Compliance & Documentation
- Manage client compliance portals including ISN, Avetta, and similar contractor management systems.
- Ensure company certifications and documentation remain current and accurate.
- Support audit preparation and compliance reporting activities.
- Maintain accurate client records within company systems.
Customer Service & Administrative Support
- Provide exceptional customer service through phone and email communications.
- Support invoicing, account updates, and client file maintenance.
- Assist internal teams with administrative and operational support as required.
What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2-3 years of experience in customer service, project coordination, administration, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with contractor compliance systems such as ISN or Avetta.
- Experience working within CRM, ERP, or scheduling software.
- Experience in construction, industrial services, safety, or field service industries is considered an asset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
