What You’ll Do
As a Dishwasher, you’ll be an important part of keeping our kitchen running smoothly, efficiently, and safely. You’ll:

Keep it clean: Wash dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment, making sure everything is clean, sanitized, and ready for service.

Keep things organized: Maintain a clean and organized dish area and help keep kitchen and storage areas tidy.

Champion safety: Use cleaning products and equipment properly, wear required safety gear, and report any hazards or maintenance concerns.

Be part of the team: Support kitchen and food & beverage staff with prep work, restocking, and other tasks as needed.

Stay ready to help: Empty garbage, break down boxes, clean walk-in coolers, assist with deliveries, and jump in wherever you’re needed.

Keep up the pace: Work efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining our standards for cleanliness and food safety.
What You Bring

Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen, restaurant, hospitality, or similar environment is an asset.

A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to help wherever needed.

The ability to stay organized and focused in a busy environment.

Good communication skills in English.

High school diploma or equivalent experience is an asset.

WHMIS and Food Safe certification, or willingness to obtain.

Reliable transportation to Century Downs Racetrack and Casino in Rocky View County.

Ability to successfully complete a background check.
