We're looking for a Kitchen Assistant / Line Cook who is reliable, hardworking, and enjoys working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and assemble menu items according to Casa Verde standards
- Assist with prep work, portioning, and station setup
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
- Support kitchen operations during service and busy periods
- Follow recipes, procedures, and quality expectations
- Contribute to a positive and professional team environment
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of kitchen or food service experience required
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Food Handler Certification is an asset
