Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Property Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth property management operations, maintaining excellent tenant relationships, and supporting the overall efficiency of our property portfolio. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, experience with property management systems, and a customer-focused approach to service delivery. Responsibilities
- Manage property data entry and maintain accurate records using Yardi and other property management software.
- Coordinate maintenance requests and work orders through Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, document management, and preparing reports related to property operations.
- Serve as a point of contact for tenants, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring timely communication via phone and email.
- Assist in leasing activities, including scheduling viewings and supporting sales efforts to attract prospective tenants.
- Support customer relationship management initiatives by addressing tenant inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Maintain organized files for lease agreements, service contracts, and other essential documents.
- Ensure adherence to office procedures, including phone etiquette and professional communication standards.
- Collaborate with property managers on operational projects and special initiatives aimed at improving property performance.
Experience
- Prior experience with property management software is highly preferred.
- Office experience involving administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping is essential.
- Background in property management or real estate sales will be advantageous.
- Proven customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries professionally and courteously.
- Experience in negotiation and customer relationship management to foster positive tenant interactions.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, coupled with excellent phone etiquette. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in fast-paced environments, possess excellent communication skills, and are eager to contribute to the success of our property operations team.
- English French required, spanish is a plus.

Pay: $48,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
