We are looking for an experienced, dependable, and motivated Lawn Care & Snow Removal Maintenance Lead to join our team. This leadership role is ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering high-quality service, leading a crew, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
Lawn & Property Maintenance (Spring, Summer & Fall)
- Lead and supervise a lawn maintenance crew
- Operate reliable lawn maintenance equipment including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hedge trimmers
- Perform lawn mowing, trimming, edging, spring and fall clean-ups, fertilization, and property maintenance services
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure work meets company standards
- Train and mentor crew members
- Communicate professionally with customers when required
Snow Removal (Winter)
- Lead residential snow removal operations
- Operate snow blowers, shovels, and other snow removal equipment
- Ensure properties are serviced safely, efficiently, and on schedule during snow events
- Be available for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and on-call snow events
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in lawn care, landscaping, or snow removal
- Previous crew lead or supervisory experience preferred
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (Class 5 required)
- Criminal Record Check
- Experience driving trucks and pulling trailers is considered an asset
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
