Little Llama Montessori Infant/Toddler is looking for an experienced, kind and loving educator with a valid Montessori or Infant/Toddler BC license to join our 1-2 years old classroom.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Develop and implement educational experiences that support and promote the physical, cognitive, emotional and social development of children.
- Knowledge of licensing regulations
- Knowledge of emergent curriculum
- Good understanding on children development
- Following policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of the children and staff.
Requirements:
- Must have valid BC Infant & Toddler Educator License
- Must have valid first aid certificate
- Must have a valid Criminal Record Check
- Have a strong understanding of child development and behavior
- Excellent communication skills
- Have strong problem-solving skills and strong ability to multi-task
