Job Summary:
Join our team as a Senior Manager of Growth, Product & Brand Marketing and you will lead a portfolio of core wines including Canada’s #1 wine brand, Jackson-Triggs. In this role, you will be responsible for brand strategy, product differentiation, innovation and new product launches, commercial activation, and brand communications to drive sustainable growth. You will bring a highly collaborative, strategic, and results-driven mindset, building strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders. This position is based out of our Mississauga head office (hybrid work model) and reports to the Marketing Director – Growth, Product & Brand Marketing, on our Core business.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand lead for a portfolio of Core wine brands including Jackson-Triggs, Bodacious, and Sawmill Creek among others
Define and steer long-term brand strategy, integrating consumer insights and category trends to drive sustained growth and strengthen brand equity
Lead the development of innovation strategies to bring new products to market, aligned with consumer insights, brand positioning, and business objectives
Drive commercial performance, delivering against financial targets through share growth, revenue acceleration, and margin optimization
Partner cross-functionally with Market Strategy, Sales, Operations, and Finance to ensure strong commercial execution, including brand initiatives, shopper programming, pricing and promotions, and product optimization
Collaborate with Marketing Communications to develop integrated campaigns, creative platforms, and media strategies that drive brand impact
Manage and ensure effective investment allocation of marketing budgets across the portfolio, including forecasting, tracking, and execution
Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:
10+ years of progressive experience in commercial brand marketing, preferably within the Consumer Packaged Goods industry, including beverage alcohol
Proven track record of delivering results in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
Strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate complex data, consumer insights, and competitive dynamics into clear, actionable strategies
Advanced analytical skills and financial acumen, including experience managing and influencing P&L performance
Deep experience across brand and product management, including innovation, new product development, go-to-market strategy, and commercial execution
Demonstrated success developing and leading omnichannel marketing programs across paid, earned, and retail channels
Strong cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to influence, align, and deliver results through multiple stakeholders in complex organizations

Compensation: Budgeted Range – $108,601.00 - $140,000.00 The budgeted range takes into account several factors and qualifications that are considered in making compensation decisions including experience, education, training, licenses, certifications, and other business and organizational requirements. Base pay is only one component of the total rewards offering at Arterra.
