Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Casual Cleaner (On-Call) to join our team. This flexible position offers the opportunity to assist with cleaning and facilities maintenance across various locations as needed. Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning tasks in commercial and industrial facilities, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces
- Assist with facilities maintenance duties such as minor repairs and upkeep of equipment and fixtures
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and stored properly after use
- Follow established safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment
- Respond promptly to on-call requests for cleaning or maintenance needs at various sites
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail in all tasks performed
Qualifications
- Prior experience in cleaning, commercial cleaning, or facilities maintenance is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good physical stamina, including the ability to stand for extended periods and lift light loads as needed
- Reliable transportation is a plus for responding to on-call requests promptly
- A proactive attitude toward safety and cleanliness standards
- Successful candidates will be required to provide a police background check prior to employment.
- Candidates must be available for occasional weekday, evening, and weekend cleaning assignments based on client needs.
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
