Sales Coordinator – Semi-Trailer Sales & Leasing

Reporting to the VP of Sales, the Sales Coordinator role is responsible for completing the day- to-day administrative tasks of their assigned Account Managers (Sales Team Members).
Responsibilities
- Track deals and paperwork including invoicing to customers and financers
- Complete plating & licensing paperwork and submit in person at the MTO
- Ensure complete and accurate service requests, costing worksheets and trailer reservations are made to the service department for sales trailers
- Ensure inventory management & receivables are tracked for sales related items
- Coordinate with Service and Transportation departments to ensure flow of sales trailers through the shop
- Submit paperwork for deal files in Salesforce
- Add internal purchase orders (LPO’s) into Karmak ERP for service, outside vendors and registrations
- Create units in Karmak, assigning stock to Account Managers
- Update / scan deal items in Karmak such as ownerships or NVIS cards
- Provide reports as required for the sales team
- Other duties and adhoc items as assigned
Qualifications
- Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communications skills and excellent customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Previous experience in a sales coordinator role is preferred
- Previous experience working with Salesforce or Karmak considered an asset

Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
