Job Summary
Bowman Construction seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks that support the overall operations of our projects. This role requires attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. This position has the opportunity to learn and grow in the company
Duties
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment.
- Perform general maintenance tasks, including cleaning work areas and equipment.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Grass cutting
- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks.
- Working outdoors in all weather conditions
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is preferred.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Experience and willingness to rake and shovel
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
- Valid drivers license with a clean abstract is required
