Your Responsibilities:
- Install windshields, door glass, back glass, and other auto glass efficiently and safely
- Perform chip repairs and assess damage for appropriate service recommendations
- Use adhesives, tools, and equipment properly to ensure top-quality work
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment
- Provide excellent customer service — every vehicle leaves cleaner than it arrived
- Collaborate with team members to meet shop goals and deliver on our service promise
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 1 year of professional auto glass installation experience (required)
- Must supply your own tools
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean, insurable abstract
- Ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs and stay physically active throughout the day
- Mechanically inclined with strong attention to detail
- Reliable, team-oriented, and committed to quality and safety
- Fluent in English, with good communication and customer service skills
