WHO ARE WE HIRING?
We are currently recruiting part-time Gauchos Chef (Churrasquiero).We are looking for someone who can cook a variety of meats over an open flame, use various techniques to marinate the meats, skewer meats and be able to carve the various meats at table side.
**Experience not required - Willing to train**
Experiencing working in an entry level Line Cook position is an asset Skills
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Meat Server will be responsible for presenting and serving their meat selection throughout the Restaurant. The Meat Server carves selections of meat table side where Guests can choose from 12 succulent cuts that are constantly in rotation. This Team Member must adhere to specific dining room service guidelines and ensure that allGuests feel Cared for, Valued and Respected. In addition to the Front of House duties, the Meat Server will also participate in preparation procedures prior to the beginning of dinner service which involves butchering and skewering of the evenings selection, while keeping in mind proper knife handling procedures.
