Santé Group HealthCare is seeking an experienced RMT to work with an existing and growing patient base. Our ideal candidate is a self-motivated team player who puts the patient’s best interests first while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Conduct health histories and consult with other health care professionals to develop individualized treatment plans
- Explain treatment plans and expected outcomes
- Design, administer and adjust massage techniques based on patients’ clinical presentation and response
- Maintain detailed, confidential, up-to-date patient records
- Track progress and modify treatment plans as required
- Ensure record-keeping meets regulatory and professional standards set by CMTO
ABOUT YOU
- 2+ years of experience working as an RMT for an established practice
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario - current and valid registration, in good standing.
- Friendly, dynamic individual must enjoy working as a part of an integrated multidisciplinary team
- Professional demeanor, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Exceptional customer service and confidence in business development
