We are seeking a Clinical adoption and informatics-focused BA role supporting CIS/EHR implementation, clinical workflow adoption, content validation, testing, go-live support, change management, and training
Your future duties and responsibilities
- Support CIS/EHR implementation activities, including requirements gathering, workflow analysis, testing, and go-live support.
- Collaborate with clinicians and operational stakeholders to design, validate, and optimize clinical workflows and documentation.
- Participate in clinical content review, configuration validation, and user acceptance testing activities.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement sessions to identify business needs, process improvements, and adoption requirements.
- Develop and deliver training materials, end-user education, and adoption support strategies.
- Provide on-site and remote support during implementation, deployment, and stabilization phases.
- Support clinical change management activities, communications, readiness assessments, and user engagement initiatives.
- Document business requirements, process maps, workflows, and implementation recommendations.
- Monitor adoption metrics, gather user feedback, and identify opportunities for workflow optimization.
- Act as a liaison between clinical users, project teams, and technical resources to support successful implementation outcomes.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
- Current or recent Canadian regulated healthcare professional background, such as RN, NP, RT, OT, PT, or similar
- 5+ years Clinical BA or Clinical Informatics experience
- 3+ years CIS/EHR implementation experience
- Experience with clinical content build, validation, testing, and go-live support
- Experience deploying standardized clinical documentation and workflows
- Clinical change management and training experience
- Fully bilingual English/French is an assest.
CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $75,000.00–$125,000.00 This role is a future opportunity
