We’re Hiring: Front of House Restaurant Manager
Wixan’s Bridge is looking for an enthusiastic, experienced, and hands-on Front of House Restaurant Manager to lead our team and help create exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and support the front of house team.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure every guest has a positive experience.
- Hire, train, coach, and schedule front of house staff.
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and high service standards.
- Assist with inventory, ordering, cash handling, and daily reporting.
Qualifications:
- Previous restaurant management or supervisory experience is required.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Smart Serve Certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Experience using Silverware POS is considered a strong asset.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to creating a welcoming atmosphere for both guests and staff.
