Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Residential Painter / Laborer to join our home improvement team. In this role, you will be the face of our company in customers' homes, responsible for transforming living spaces with high-quality interior and exterior painting. What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)
Residential Painting: Deliver high-quality interior and exterior painting, including walls, ceilings, trim, and doors.
Meticulous Prep Work: Protect homeowners' property by masking floors, covering furniture, scraping, sanding, and filling holes before painting.
Tool Expertise: Safely and effectively use ladders, rollers, brushes, sprayers, and basic hand/power tools for surface preparation.
Homeowner Customer Service: Provide polite, professional customer service, keeping homeowners informed and respecting their property.
Teamwork & Communication: Coordinate smoothly with the crew leader and teammates to keep the project on track.
Daily Clean-Up: Maintain a neat job site throughout the day and ensure a thorough clean-up at the end of every shift.
What We’re Looking For (Requirements)
Experience: Prior experience in residential or custom home painting preferred but not required .
Detail-Oriented: A sharp eye for straight lines, even coats, and spotless clean-up.
Physical Stamina: Ability to climb ladders, stand for long periods, and lift standard paint and equipment buckets.
Reliability & Trust: Strong time-management skills and a professional demeanor suitable for working inside client homes.
Communication Skills: Great communication and a friendly attitude for interacting with both teammates and homeowners.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour
