We’re looking for a motivated Optical Clinic Manager to lead our Maple Ridge location. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building a strong team, delivering excellent customer experiences, and growing a successful optical business.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Leading and mentoring a team of optical professionals to deliver great service
- Supporting sales growth across eyewear and optical products
- Managing day-to-day clinic operations including scheduling and workflow
- Creating a welcoming environment and helping customers find the right eyewear solutions
- Building lasting relationships with patients and supporting local community engagement
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in an optical setting
- Strong retail sales background with a focus on customer experience
- Previous leadership or team support experience is an asset
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work weekdays and weekends (Monday–Saturday, 10am–6pm)
- Licensed Optician (preferred; support available for certification)
