Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through effective sales strategies, building strong client relationships, and expanding our market presence. This role requires a proactive approach to business development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex sales processes in a competitive environment. Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred to effectively serve diverse client needs. The Sales Executive will play a key role in promoting our products and services across various channels, including B2B sales, inside sales, and technology sales.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand customer base.
- Identify new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, telemarketing, and market research.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities efficiently.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and marketing strategies that support sales objectives.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to maximize revenue while maintaining positive relationships.
- Provide feedback from clients to internal teams for product development and service improvements.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies relevant to our offerings.
Skills
- Proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or technology sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close high-value deals effectively.
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines.
- Knowledge of marketing principles and telemarketing techniques to generate leads and nurture prospects.
- Technical sales experience preferred, especially related to technology products or services.
- Exceptional customer service skills with an emphasis on understanding client needs and delivering solutions.
- Business development experience that demonstrates strategic thinking and proactive outreach efforts.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
