T.Bell Transport in Nairn Centre is seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and standards for the 2 shops (office, lunchrooms and bathrooms) and the office at the Espanola location. The successful candidate will ensure a safe and pleasant environment for all.
Some responsibilities will include:
-Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
-Clean and sanitize washrooms and shower facilities
-Garbage disposal
-Clean and sanitize lunch rooms
-Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
-Handle heavy lifting tasks when required
Qualifications
Proven experience in custodial or cleaning roles is a plus - Ability to manage time efficiently to complete tasks promptly - Strong customer service skills to interact with team members - Knowledge of commercial cleaning practices is beneficial - Excellent communication skills to convey information effectively
Hours: 25-40 per week
