Xtreme Towing is currently seeking a reliable and organized Dispatcher to join our team.
As a Dispatcher, you will play a key role in coordinating drivers, managing service calls, and ensuring customers receive prompt and professional assistance. The ideal candidate is able to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask effectively, and communicate clearly with both customers and drivers.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and dispatch service requests
- Coordinate and monitor tow truck operators throughout their shifts
- Communicate with customers, drivers, insurance companies, and roadside assistance providers
- Enter and update call information accurately in the dispatch system
- Prioritize calls and assign jobs efficiently
- Maintain records and documentation of completed services
- Provide exceptional customer service during stressful situations
Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn dispatch software
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Previous dispatch, customer service, or towing industry experience is an asset
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
