Your Role – HVAC Refrigeration Focus
- Install and commission refrigeration equipment: mini-split, VRF, and rooftop units
- Troubleshoot systems and perform maintenance
- Install controls and coordinate with electrical/mechanical teams
- Ensure code compliance and clean installations
- Occasionally assist with heating/ventilation systems
Requirements
- Refrigeration Red Seal
- Min. 4 years experience in HVAC/Refrigeration
- Understanding of controls, refrigerant piping, startup
- Blueprint and schematic literacy
- Valid driver’s license
- VRF experience is bonus
Compensation & Benefits
- Full-time, Permanent
- Salary: $85,000–$120,000/year (based on experience)

- Overtime available
- Monday–Friday, occasional weekends
