What You’ll Do:
- Direct Patient Care: Provide hearing aid maintenance, cleaning, accessory pairing, and patient counseling on device care.
- Modern Telecare: Deliver remote support and virtual consultations to keep our patients supported online.
- Community & Physician Outreach: Connect with prospective patients and liaise with local primary care physicians to share our offerings.
- Clinic & Administrative Support: Keep the practice running smoothly with report writing, chart updates, cleaning and office management.
What We’re Looking For:
- Background: Proven experience as a Hearing Instrument Specialist with strong multi-brand product knowledge.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with smartphones, telehealth software, and clinic management computers.
- Communication: Great listening skills, professional demeanor, and a knack for explaining complex concepts simply.
- Mindset: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to solve problems for patients.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 21.0 – 28.0 per week
