Overview
Impressions Group Ottawa is looking for a motivated, growth-focused professional to help expand our residential snow removal division across Ottawa.
Sales - Marketing - Customer Growth
This is a hands-on growth role focused on:
- increasing residential contracts,
- generating leads,
- improving customer retention,
- building route density,
- and helping grow the division year after year.
We already have the equipment, operators, systems, and reputation in place. We are now looking for the right person to help take the residential side of the business to the next level.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Sales
- Grow residential snow removal accounts throughout Ottawa
- Generate and follow up on leads
- Prepare estimates and close new contracts
- Build referral and partnership opportunities
- Support customer renewals and retention
- Help improve route density and operational efficiency
Marketing & Customer Growth
- Coordinate seasonal marketing campaigns
- Assist with social media, flyers, lawn signs, and local advertising
- Help improve online lead generation and customer communication
- Support customer engagement and brand awareness initiatives
Operations Support
- Coordinate with office staff and operators during snow events
- Assist with customer communication and issue resolution
- Help improve systems and overall customer experience
- Work closely with ownership on growth initiatives and planning

Requirements

- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours during winter weather events
Compensation & Growth Opportunity
- Base salary of $50,000–$60,000
- Performance bonuses tied to division growth and new account sales
