Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and reliable roofing foreman to lead our crew on residential Roofing Projects. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, a solid background in roofing systems, and takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship while maintaining safety & efficiency on site.
As a roofing foreman, you will be responsible for supervising crews, coordinating daily operations, and ensuring all work is completed on time and to company standards.
Duties
- Supervise and lead a roofing team on-site
- Plan, organize and execute daily work schedules
- Install and oversee installation of various roofing systems
- Ensure all completed work meets quality standards and building code
- Communicate with project managers, clients & suppliers
- Troubleshoot issues and make on the spot decisions
- Manage materials, tools & equipment on site.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on schedule and within scope.
Experience
- Proven experience in Residential roofing systems
- Ability to lead a crew and manage job sites efficiently
- Hands-on experience operating power tools, heavy equipment, and specialized machinery is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of safety standards related to construction sites
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $25.00-$50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 50 per week
