Expressway Lincoln is searching for a confident, mature, and outgoing individual to join our team in the role of Lincoln Concierge
Expressway Ford Lincoln is a family-owned and actively operated automotive dealership that has been in business for 43 years. What started as a small sales and service operation by our founder, Ray Brenneman, in 1982 in New Hamburg has expanded to employ over 40 people in our New Hamburg and Stratford locations. We have been working to exceed client expectations, in the greater Waterloo Region and Perth County-area for over 4 decades, and seek to grow our business every year, while supporting our Sales and Service Team and their growth opportunities.
Our Team is currently in need of a Lincoln Concierge in New Hamburg. The Lincoln Concierge will champion the brand and support Sales and Service departments as we strive to serve luxury clientele. We are seeking a motivated, mature, creative and highly organized individual to network with existing and potential Lincoln clientele. The remuneration for this role is on an hourly pay plan with the potential to earn from $50,000 to $65,000 annually.
Key Overview:
· To build trusting and respectful relationships with our Lincoln clientele
· Provide monthly, ongoing oversight to enable Expressway Lincoln to achieve all Lincoln Foundational elements.
· Ensure all Lincoln roles have a thorough understanding of the Lincoln Client experience elements and support delivery to all Lincoln clients
· Co-ordinate and support the effortless client privileges, assist in Pick-up and Delivery (PDEL) and review Dealership performance for consistency and effectiveness
· Support all Lincoln dedicated staffing roles
· Work effectively with all dealership departments and the Lincoln team
· Facilitate Expressway Lincoln strategy and meet the evolving needs and expectations of today’s luxury clientele
· Champion Lincoln’s strategy of delivering an effortless client experience through transparency, respect for clients’ time, and minimizing transitions within the retail experience
· Promote and Co-ordinate Lincoln Discovery Drives
· Perform Sales and Service follow-ups
Duties and responsibilities:
· Complete all Lincoln-Way and various Lincoln required training online and in person
· Embrace the development of client management/skills training for entire team and ensure all Lincoln staff maintain their P2P certification in good standing on monthly basis
· Co-ordinate communication between the Lincoln client and other Lincoln roles within the dealership.
· Review performance and support all Lincoln Commitment Program (LCP) elements such as Wash, Pick-up and Delivery, Lincoln Loaners, Modem activation and Sales & Service Experience index performance
· Manage the Lincoln-specific: programs and processes, such as: experimental marketing programs, Discovery Drive, and client follow-up
· Support client follow-up for Sales and Service
· Act as an informational resource for the various Lincoln programs
· Co-ordinate and execute Lincoln client surprise and delight moments
· Assist in handling client concerns and support other staff in problem solving, solutions and communication
· Participate in the monthly Lincoln Lounge sessions and ensure Expressway Lincoln staff are participating in your absence.
· Monitor in-store physical elements, Lincoln Showroom and lot display; being the “Eyes of Lincoln” to keep areas free of clutter, Lincoln compliant (report any deficiencies to appropriate team members to rectify)
· Assist in website maintenance and promotional activities to increase brand awareness.
· Additional requirements as the role develops and matures organically
Ideal Candidate will:

- Willingness to learn and broaden knowledge/experience
- Available to work onsite fulltime, including weekday and Saturday shifts
- Valid driver’s license
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
· Demonstrated skills in superior client service or client facing roles
· High Proficiency in using computer programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Docs
· Demonstrated ability to manage social media and create engaging videos to promote the Lincoln brand
· Knowledge of, and experience in, the automotive sector preferred
Pay: From $24.00 per hour
