Quails’ Gate Winery is looking for outgoing, organized individuals to fill the seasonal position of Concierge. Our winery Concierges are the first point of contact for all guests arriving at the property and are the conductors of the on-site guest experience. Your role is to facilitate a seamless, memorable experience by greeting and directing guests, organizing reservations, coordinating tastings, and sharing your knowledge of the Quails’ Gate Estate.

Be the first point of contact, welcoming guests and delivering exceptional hospitality

Provide information on winery offerings, events, tours, and local attractions

Process POS transactions, including wine sales, tours, tastings, and shipping orders

Coordinate guest flow for tours, tastings, and the Wineshop
-
Escort and assist guests throughout the property, including special events
-
Promote and enroll guests in the Cellar Door Club
-
Support daily opening/closing procedures and maintain guest areas
-
Friendly, professional, and customer-focused approach
-
Previous experience in a retail environment or restaurant host experience
- Valid Serving it Right certificate

Strong communication and multitasking skills

Comfortable handling POS systems and payments

Ability to stand/walk for up to 8 hours and lift 35–50 lbs
