We are looking for a Line Cook and a Sous Chef to join our friendly, dynamic, hard working kitchen team. One person can start imediately and one in a few weeks. The line cook's main job will be to Grill fresh meats and seafood and plate and prepare fresh vegetables. The Sous Chef Would fill in for the Chef when needed and eventually run a lunch service. Previous experience in a similar type restaurant is required. No late nights. Must be reliable and a team player. Creative cooking using classic techniques and fresh ingredients. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and standards.
- Ensure that all food items are prepared in a timely manner and meet the restaurant's quality standards.
- Assist in menu planning and recipe development.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff in food preparation techniques.
- Monitor food inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Part-time hours: 10-40 per week
Pay: $20.00-$26.00 per hour

Experience:
- Cooking: 2 years (required)
