Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to join our healthcare team. Education and Experience Requirements
Applicants should have:
- Active RPN license/registration
- Long-term care, home care, or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to work with management and plan cases in advance
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of nursing best practices and clinical procedures
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Compassionate, dependable, and client/resident-focused attitude
- Ability to meet required healthcare background checks and employment screening requirements
Key Responsibilities
Registered Practical Nurse (RPN)
- Provide nursing care under established care plans and professional standards
- Assist with medication administration, treatment support, and client monitoring
- Report changes in client/resident condition to the appropriate supervisor or healthcare team
- Maintain accurate documentation and client records
- Support safe, respectful, and compassionate care delivery
- Work collaboratively with RNs, management, families, and other care team members
