About the Opportunity
We’re looking for a Customer Success Representative to play a critical role in supporting the end-to-end fulfilment of financing agreements. Acting as a key operational partner to the sales team, you will help ensure deals progress efficiently from application through to settlement while delivering a seamless experience for customers and stakeholders.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems and takes pride in delivering a high level of service and accuracy.
In this role, the key responsibilities include:
- Sales fulfilment & deal management: Manage the full lifecycle of finance agreements, from application and documentation through to settlement
- Deal progression: Proactively monitor deals, remove roadblocks and ensure timely and accurate fulfilment
- Sales team support: Act as a key point of contact for internal sales teams, providing guidance on processes, policy and systems
- Stakeholder communication: Deliver responsive, solutions-focused communication to internal teams, customers, and dealers
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with credit, funding, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer journey
- Process improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance workflows, systems, and operational efficiency
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a finance, leasing, insurance, or sales operations/support environment, with hands-on involvement in managing deals through to settlement.
- College/University education or equivalent relevant experience
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to think critically, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment
- A collaborative, solution-oriented mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience working with CRM systems
- Highly organized and committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience
