Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of our property portfolio. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, technical knowledge, and leadership abilities to ensure properties are well-maintained, compliant, and efficiently managed. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and excellent communication skills in English. The Property Manager will coordinate maintenance activities, supervise staff, and ensure all aspects of property management align with company standards and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the maintenance and operational activities of assigned properties, including HVAC, electrical systems, low voltage systems, and general repairs
- Supervise maintenance staff and contractors, ensuring timely completion of work orders and projects
- Manage preventative maintenance schedules using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software
- Develop and implement project management plans for property upgrades or repairs, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
- Review schematics, mechanical drawings, and electrical diagrams to facilitate troubleshooting and repairs
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes related to industrial maintenance and property management
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal teams to optimize property performance
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs for reporting purposes
- Lead efforts in supervising emergency response procedures and safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with tenants or stakeholders regarding maintenance issues or project updates
Experience
- Proven management experience in property or facilities management, ideally within manufacturing or industrial environments
- Strong background in project management, with experience overseeing large-scale repair or upgrade projects
- Mechanical knowledge combined with electrical experience, HVAC expertise, and familiarity with low voltage systems is highly desirable
- Hands-on experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics interpretation, and industrial automation systems
- Experience working with CMMS software for work order tracking and asset management
- Supervising experience leading teams or contractors in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in English communication skills—both written and verbal—is essential for effective collaboration across teams
Pay: $28.00-$35.00 per hour
