Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Dishwasher or Kitchen Hand to join our team at <PERSON>'s Breakfast Place in Prince George. This role is vital in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen, ensuring smooth operations and high standards of hygiene. Join us in serving delicious breakfast to our community every day.
Responsibilities
- Clean dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment efficiently to maintain hygiene standards.
- Assist with food preparation and kitchen cleanup as needed.
- Support the kitchen staff in maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Follow safety and sanitation protocols at all times.
- Ensure all kitchen areas are kept tidy during shifts.
- Help with stock rotation and inventory management when required.
- Qualifications
- Prior experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred.
- Strong attention to cleanliness and detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Good communication skills and team spirit.
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety standards.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
- Food handling certification is a plus.
