Overview
We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience in automotive repair. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a variety of vehicles, providing essential maintenance and repair services to ensure optimal performance and safety. Duties
- Perform diagnostic assessments and repairs on a wide range of vehicles
- Conduct routine maintenance such as oil changes, brake repairs, tire rotations, and system inspections
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, schematics, and diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
- Follow safety protocols
- Maintain detailed service records and communicate effectively with service staff regarding repair needs and timelines
Experience
- Proven experience as an automotive technician or mechanic with a solid understanding of automotive repair processes
- Familiarity with electrical systems and schematics is advantageous
- Hands-on experience with hand tools and power tools
- Strong mechanical aptitude is advantageous
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work in physically demanding environments for extended periods
