Uptown Cravings is a growing, health-focused restaurant offering fresh, wholesome food options for busy families and people with active lifestyles. We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and energetic customer service team member to join us in a full-time, permanent role.
In this position, you will greet guests, take & prepare orders, and provide a positive and welcoming customer experience. You’ll be responsible for maintaining accuracy, keeping the front-of-house clean and organized, handling payments, and supporting your team during busy times. You’ll also help guide customers through our menu and promote our healthy food options.
We’re looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You should be dependable, punctual, and enjoy working as part of a team. Previous customer service or restaurant experience is helpful but not required. A genuine interest in health, wellness, and quality food is a bonus.
This is a full-time position, specifically Monday- Friday day shift. This is not a seasonal position.
