We are a fast-growing property management company. We are currently seeking a dynamic, highly responsible and communicative property manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily inspections, routine maintenance and emergency repairs for managed residential properties.
- Quickly diagnose common household issues (e.g., plumbing, electrical, doors/windows, basic appliances, drywall/painting) and coordinate efficiently with technicians and contractors.
- Maintain professional and positive communication with tenants and owners, coordinate repair schedules, and provide timely progress updates.
- Assist in managing general property operations and demonstrate a strong ability to learn and adapt to diverse property maintenance needs.
- Prepare, organize and archive legal documents related to real estate sales and residential leasing; assist in tracking daily paperwork for purchase and sale agreements to ensure compliance and complete documentation.
Job Requirements
- Language Skills: Excellent communication skills with fluency in both English and Mandarin to ensure seamless daily communication with clients
- Experience & Background: Proven experience in property maintenance, handywork or construction-related repairs.
- Core Competencies: Strong sense of responsibility, exceptional attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a fast learner.
- Transportation: Must possess a valid Ontario driver's license and a reliable personal vehicle, with the ability to drive efficiently between various property locations.
- Availability: Energetic candidates with the physical capability ot handle active fieldwork.
Pay: From $36,000.00 per year
