Landscape General Labourer – Interlock Repair & Powerwash Crew
Seal-It Group is a growing GTA-based company specializing in interlock repair, restoration, polymeric sand replacement, cleaning, and sealing. We are currently looking for a hardworking, reliable, and motivated Landscape General Labourer to join our powerwash and repair crew for the upcoming season.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys physical outdoor work, takes pride in quality workmanship, and wants to be part of a professional team focused on restoring and improving interlock surfaces. Students are welcome to apply.
This is a seasonal position running from mid to late April through September, with the possibility of work extending based on the season and workload.
Position Overview
As a Landscape General Labourer, you will assist with a variety of interlock restoration and repair tasks including power washing, joint preparation, polymeric sand installation, lifting and relaying pavers, site cleanup, and general labour duties. The ideal candidate is dependable, physically capable, safety-conscious, and able to work efficiently in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the cleaning and restoration of interlock pavers and other hardscape surfaces
- Perform heavy-duty power washing of interlock, concrete, and related exterior surfaces
- Assist with polymeric sand removal and replacement
- Help lift, remove, relay, and adjust interlock pavers as directed
- Assist with minor interlock repairs including leveling, resetting, and base correction
- Prepare work areas, move materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site at all times
- Load and unload equipment, tools, and materials from company vehicles and trailers
- Assist crew leaders with daily job site tasks and follow instructions carefully
- Ensure all work is completed to company quality standards and safety expectations
- Perform daily general labour duties as required to support efficient crew operations
- Communicate professionally with team members, supervisors, and clients when required
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar general labour, landscaping, hardscaping, or exterior property maintenance role
- Experience with power washing, interlock, landscaping, construction, or related outdoor labour is considered a strong asset
- Valid G Class driver’s licence required
- Clean driver’s abstract required
- Must have reliable transportation to and from our yard in North Burlington
- Physically capable of performing demanding outdoor labour in various weather conditions
- Able to lift heavy materials, work with hand tools and power equipment, and remain on your feet for extended periods
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Reliable, punctual, and able to arrive on time each day
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work
- Able to follow instructions and work safely and efficiently
- Must be respectful, professional, and dependable on job sites
Season & Compensation
- Seasonal position

- Compensation: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour, depending on experience
