Overview
Fix Auto Brockville is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Full-Time Automotive Collision Repair Estimator to join our growing team.
As the first point of contact for many of our customers, you will be responsible for coordinating vehicle repair estimates, communicating with insurance companies and vendors, managing scheduling, and supporting daily office operations. Previous experience in the automotive, collision repair, insurance, or customer service industries is considered an asset; however, we are willing to train the right candidate.
Duties
- Greet customers and provide professional, friendly service throughout the repair process.
- Prepare and review collision repair estimates using industry management software.
- Communicate with insurance companies, customers, and repair staff regarding vehicle repairs and claim status.
- Coordinate vehicle drop-offs, repair scheduling, and delivery appointments.
- Order and track parts required for repairs and communicate with parts suppliers and vendors.
- Enter and maintain accurate customer, vehicle, estimate, and parts information within management systems.
- Assist with supplement preparation and documentation for insurance approvals.
- Monitor repair progress and provide customers with regular updates.
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and other administrative documentation as required.
- Support front office operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and filing records.
- Work closely with technicians, management, and production staff to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with computers and common office software applications.
- Ability to learn and utilize collision repair management and estimating software.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Professional and positive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in automotive repair, collision repair, insurance claims, estimating, or office administration is considered an asset.
- Valid driver's license preferred.

Pay: $65,000.00 per year
