We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Employee Experience Business Partner to join our Mississauga organization’s Human Resources team. This pivotal role focuses on enhancing employee engagement, fostering a positive workplace culture, and aligning HR initiatives with overall business objectives. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees alike, driving initiatives that improve employee satisfaction, retention, and productivity. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive employee experience strategies that promote engagement, inclusion, and well-being across the organization.
- Partner with leadership to design and execute change management initiatives that support organizational transformations.
- Ensure onboarding programs effectively integrate safety, operational readiness, culture, leadership expectations, and EVP messaging, with a strong focus on frontline manufacturing employees.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts by collaborating with recruiting teams, managing HR sourcing activities, and optimizing the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Oversee program management for employee development, training, and onboarding processes to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
- Utilize HRIS platforms to analyze data trends, generate reports, and inform decision-making.
- Manage employee relations issues by providing guidance on conflict resolution, policy interpretation, and performance management.
- Coordinate with payroll providers like ADP or Kronos to ensure accurate compensation processing and compliance.
- Conduct data collection and analysis to identify areas for process improvement within HR operations.
- Support HR sourcing efforts through effective negotiation skills and supervising experience in vendor or partner relationships.
- Facilitate communication across departments through presentations and training sessions aimed at fostering a collaborative environment.
- Assist in budgeting activities related to HR programs while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in human resources management with a focus on employee engagement or experience programs.
- Demonstrated expertise in change management methodologies and program management best practices.
- Strong knowledge of HRIS systems
- Familiarity with payroll systems like ADP or Kronos
- Experience in recruiting processes including interviewing techniques, HR sourcing strategies, and talent acquisition tools.
- Supervising experience in managing HR teams or projects is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Proficiency in data analysis skills including data collection, interpretation, and reporting for process improvement initiatives.
- Familiarity with HR-related software platforms
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
