Job Description
The Coach will coach recreational level teams (U9-U16) in one training session and one game per week. This is a temporary position which requires evening hours, as well as weekends.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimal Experience Required - Recreational level teams
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, strong motivational abilities and a commitment to fair play.
- Must be of good character and have demonstrated a high caliber ofleadership, sportsmanship and coaching performance.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coach recreational level teams
- Maintaining effective communications and administrative systems amongst coaches, players and staff.
- Respecting and supporting EODSA, ERSL and Ontario Soccer policies and procedures.
- Motivating and mentoring players to succeed.
Must have proof of eligibility to work in Canada.
